One Billion Files: Pushing Scalability Limits of Linux File Systems



As storage systems increase in size, it is increasingly more important to scale file systems to accommodate huge numbers of files in a single file system. This presentations presents performance results for XFS, ext4 and btrfs file systems at this high file count level.
